Delivery



Guaranteed 48 hour delivery
 
On all orders over the total purchase price of £30 including VAT we will guarantee to deliver the goods to a UK mainland address within 2 working days from receipt of a paid order excluding the day of the order. The goods will have been deemed as being delivered if our courier has attempted delivery to the delivery address. Should the goods have not been delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address of their being no answer to the door, the goods will have been deemed to have been delivered within the 48 hour period.
 
If however the goods are not delivered within the 2 working days time period a full refund will be made within 5 days of us being notified that the delivery had not taken place as promised and we have verified this with our courier company. If there is a dispute or discrepancy between the information provided to us by the customer and the courier company we reserve the right to make a firm and final decision on whether to refund the purchase price of the goods or not.
 
Best Endeavours: The guaranteed delivery offer will not apply should you be dissatisfied with the content of your order, i.e. items missing or incorrect items dispatched to you, replacement items will be sent to you within 5 days of the error being notified to us stock levels permitting but a refund for non delivery will not apply
 
Force Majeure: If the goods are damaged in transit, the non delivery refund will not be made but the goods will be redelivered at the earliest opportunity after the damaged goods are returned to us, but the 48 hour delivery guarantee offer would not apply.

 

We will normally dispatch the goods to you within 14 days of receipt of order.
In the event that we will not be able to dispatch the order within 14 days then we will contact you by email to inform you of the delay with details of the expected dispatch date. In the event that this dispatch date is unacceptable to you then the order may be cancelled and your funds will be returned to you.


Receipt of orders will be confirmed by email.


Dispatch will be confirmed by email.

 

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch, providing you have not been notified that the goods have been dispatched. You would normally be notified that goods have been dispatched by e-mail. Any payment made, should you cancel your order, will be refunded in full. Refunds will be made by Cheque sent to your billing address within 5 days of cancellation.


Should you be dissatisfied with the content of your order, i.e. items missing or incorrect items dispatched to you, replacement items will be sent to you within 5 days of the error being notified to us stock levels permitting. Items missing or incorrect items being sent does not automatically entitle you to cancel the whole order.
Refunds will not be made automatically other than for reasons defined above unless goods are faulty and are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.


Should you be dissatisfied with the product as to quality you may request a refund subject to the return of the goods to us with 14 days. This request for a refund will be considered after the goods have been inspected by our quality control team.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in addition to protection afforded you in law.
 

 

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons:

  • To process your order and
  • To provide you with the best possible service.

We will only use your email address to provide you with the status of your order.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • your name
  • address
  • phone number
  • email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.


Completion of an order form implies that we may store the information provided on the order form for the purpose of delivery and normal company records. The information we hold will be accurate and as up to date as the latest information provided.


You may request to see the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.
We will not divulge your email address to a third party without your consent.


If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include the use of a "cookie" which will be stored on your browser. You can modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way could be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
